Kuari Pass Trek Package
The Kuari Pass Trek, also known as the "Lord Curzon Trail," is one of the most enchanting treks in Uttarakhand that combines accessibility with breathtaking Himalayan views. Located in the Chamoli district near Joshimath, this trek offers a front-row seat to some of the most majestic peaks in the Indian Himalayas, including Nanda Devi, Dronagiri, Kamet, Chaukhamba, and Hathi Ghoda Parvat. With an altitude of around 12,516 ft (3,815 m), Kuari Pass is a gateway to mesmerizing landscapes that change dramatically as you ascend – from lush oak and rhododendron forests to expansive alpine meadows and snow-patched ridges.
Kuari Pass is not just a trek; it is an unforgettable Himalayan journey filled with cultural, natural, and spiritual encounters. The trail passes through charming villages where trekkers get a glimpse of traditional Garhwali lifestyle and warm hospitality. As you walk along the scenic path, you will witness shepherds grazing their flocks, ancient temples tucked into the forests, and endless meadows that seem straight out of a fairytale. The unique blend of local culture and natural beauty makes Kuari Pass a perfect introduction for beginners while still offering enough thrill for seasoned trekkers.
